Optimizing partner integrations – adding value to customers

With the heavy-duty industry becoming more and more reliant on software platforms to perform key business functions, the need to coordinate and optimize those systems has become even more evident. That’s why we’ve put focus on developing and optimizing the way Karmak, our partners, and our clients interact with data – allowing all parties to operate at the speed of business.

As an experienced leader in the DMS space, Karmak has continued to grow our partnership network to benefit our Fusion clients, with their customers in mind. Now, to make it even easier for partners (and clients) to create data integrations with Fusion, we have developed a pre-defined API framework called Unity.

ATTENTION CONSUMERS: We are currently reviewing Legacy Unity accounts to ensure our records accurately reflect active usage and access needs. As part of this effort, we are reaching out to confirm which consumers are actively using Legacy Unity and which accounts may no longer require access. This review will help us clean up inactive accounts and ensure we are supporting the right users moving forward. In the coming days, you may receive an email from Karmak asking you to confirm whether Legacy Unity access is still needed. If you receive that message, please follow the link to complete the Unity Legacy Platform Confirmation form so we can determine whether: • A follow-up discussion is needed regarding continued access or transition planning, or • The Legacy Unity service can be safely discontinued due to inactivity If we do not hear back, we will follow up before making any changes. Unity also provides read-only access to Fusion – allowing both partners and customers to query data as the need arises.
